A valid Driver’s license and current Real Estate license are required.
Responsibilities:
Agent Support and Development
- This position plays a pivotal role in agent development by designing and delivering impactful training programs, fostering their success, and advancing your own career growth.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills in training, technology, and real estate, with potential for advancement within our growing organization.
- Empower agents to maximize their marketing potential by providing expert guidance on our innovative resources and platforms, directly contributing to their business growth. Your work will directly impact the success of our agents and the overall growth of our regional offices.
- Assist agents in developing and implementing effective social media marketing plans to enhance their brand presence and generate leads.
- Support Regional Manager with business plan development, including marketing and social media strategy components, and follow-ups throughout the year.

- Become a trusted advisor, empowering agents with comprehensive training and support on our cutting-edge technologies, software, marketing, and social media tools, driving their success and your own professional growth.
Company Initiatives
- Coordinate with various departments to implement company-wide initiatives and drive Key Performance Indicators
- Assist in gathering and reporting office performance metrics
- Support and promote monthly events and initiatives from the company content calendar
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices (preferred)
- Good presentation skills both in person and over Zoom
- Ability to work in the office daily and travel across the service region
- Have dependable transportation available to travel between offices
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with some weekends
- Additional responsibilities to include other tasks as needed and determined by management
