Welcome Erin Swift

We are excited to announce that Erin has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office! Erin comes to us from Coldwell Banker and specializes in residential homes, luxury listings, and investment properties. Erin brings with her more than 2 years real estate experience and knowledge and represents clients in the Southern New Hampshire, New Hampshire Lakes region, and the Massachusetts North Shore areas. Her passion for ensuring that each client encounters a seamless and positive experience throughout their transaction is what fuels her success in the industry. Her recent accomplishments include being a member of the Junior Service League in Concord, New Hampshire, and Erin recently co-chaired the highly successful 2023 Festivus Silent Auction Event, raising an impressive $17,000 to directly benefit women and children in crisis.
