Welcome Julie Ratte

We are excited to announce that Julie Ratte has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Andover, Massachusetts office!

Julie comes to us from Coldwell Banker Realty and specializes in new construction, historical homes, condo conversions, and residential real estate. Julie brings with her more than 31 years of industry experience and knowledge and her recent accomplishments include producing over $12 million in sales over the last year.

Representing clients in southern New Hampshire and the surrounding areas of Andover, and Falmouth Massachusetts.

Julie’s passion for connecting with her clients and understanding their individual needs from start to finish is what fuels her success in the industry.

Julie decided to join Verani Realty for the brand recognition and the marketing and technology support.
