Welcome Nate Watson

We are excited to announce that Nate Watson has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Hanover office! Nate brings over 6 years of real estate experience and knowledge. His specializations include historic rehab, land development, new construction, relocation, commercial development, leases, rentals, and residential real estate.

Representing clients in the Upper Valley and Vermont area, his passion for new construction, historic rehabs, multi-family housing, interior and kitchen design, and his commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is what fuels his success in the industry.

His recent accomplishments include the purchase, rehab, and sale of a New England church which was converted to a single-family home, as well as the purchase and renovation of an 1880’s Upper Valley home.  Nate decided to join Verani Realty for its longstanding reputation within New England and most recently, its expansion in the Upper Valley region.
