Welcome Shawn Gillis

We are excited to announce that Shawn Gillis has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Exeter, New Hampshire, office! Shawn comes to us from Coldwell Banker and brings with him more than three years of industry experience and knowledge.

Shawn specializes in waterfront homes, land, and residential real estate, and represents clients in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and southern Maine. His passion for seamlessly helping his clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives is what fuels his success in the industry. Shawn’s recent accomplishments include expanding his industry knowledge and successfully completing a luxury transaction.

Shawn decided to join Verani because Verani has what it takes to support highly motivated and growth-oriented agents like himself. He’s also excited to leverage the tools and technologies Verani offers to help their agents elevate their business.
