We are excited to announce that Stephanie Shaines has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Portsmouth office! Stephanie specializes in equestrian, waterfront & luxury real estate. She brings with her 2 years of real estate experience and knowledge and represents clients across New Hampshire’s seacoast & South York County, Maine.

Her passion for creating long-lasting relationships based on trust is what fuels her success in the industry. Stephanie prides herself on providing her clients with positive experiences and exceptional service. Her recent accomplishments include being a volunteer committee member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and becoming a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.
