We are excited to announce that Tavia Melhus has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in our Saco, Maine office! Tavia comes to us from Coldwell Banker and specializes in residential, new homes, VA, FHA, USDA, second homes, and vacation homes. Tavia brings with her more than 7 years real estate experience and knowledge and represents clients in the western, central, and southern areas of Maine, as well as the eastern area of New Hampshire. Her passion for volunteering and giving back to the community is what fuels her success in the industry. Her recent accomplishments include being named the Top Agent In Maine by BestAgets.us for 2023 and 2024.
